Dear California CattleWomen Officers,Committee Chairs, and Members,

What attracted me to getting involved with the CattleWomen's state-wide organization was its heritage, its values, and its sense of mission and purpose...all of which manifest themselves, above all, in its well-deserved reputation.

My mission as your State President will be to foster a better understanding and appreciation of the California CattleWomen's organization, the California CattleWomen's Heritage Foundation, and the California Beef cattle industry;

• To foster an understanding to consumers as to where their food originates,

• To further promote and educate consumers as to the quality controls used towards its safety,

• To create a sense of historical character of our industry,

• And through my personal efforts and your personal efforts as CattleWomen, we continue to show that we care about the future of the Beef industry not only here in California but all across the United States of America.

Our mission then, as California CattleWomen will be to educate the people of California as to the impact the Beef industry has on the economy of California and the over-arching, far reaching contributions of the Beef industry to society as a whole.

Thank you, California CattleWomen for your commitment, your invaluable volunteer leadership at the county, state and national levels, and for the enormous contributions you, as CattleWomen make to our collective success. You can be proud of your organization!
